A truck is a kitchen with no hiding place: three burners, one flat-top and a menu short enough to do properly at speed. The schedule page says where we will be, and the queue moves faster than it looks.
Half the diary is street pitches and half is private events, where the truck turns up self-contained and feeds a crowd without borrowing your kitchen.
